Design Supervision
Supervision is an essential component of successful project implementation. We manage the process of creating an interior at all stages from idea to implementation, ensuring that the final result meets the preferences, concepts of beauty, and convenience of residential interior clients, or the corporate identity and values of the client company for commercial projects.
Project Management
Integral management components of a successful project include a systematic design approach, proactive scheduling of repairs and deliveries, hiring responsible partners, and efficient task delegation.
Equipment
Outfitting an interior with furniture, lighting, and appliances includes many tasks: preparing technical specifications, measurements, and drawings; collecting and analyzing commercial offers; compiling analytical tables; choosing suppliers; order control; and consultations.

Furniture and Lighting from Europe
Since 2007, we have been supplying furniture and lighting from European brands. Well-established partnerships and logistical relationships enable us to offer the best prices, terms, and guarantees.
Object Design
We invent and design many interior items ourselves. Furniture, exclusive lamps, paintings, and tile designs are created by reliable contractors according to our custom drawings. This allows you to show the uniqueness of your new interior, emphasizing the individuality of its owner.
Prices
Design "Light"
Our “Design Light” package includes preparation of reference materials: selection and coordination of visual examples of interiors and details, development and coordination of planning solutions (up to three options), creation of collages (up to two options), and development of working documentation—a complete package of drawings and developments required for engineers and builders. This service package does not include 3D renderings, selection of specific materials, equipment, furniture, lighting, and custom items.
Price: Starting at 3,700 rubles per square meter, depending on the size of the room and its purpose, style, and complexity.
Design "Premium"
Our “Design Premium” package includes preparation of reference materials: selection and coordination of visual examples of interiors and details, development and coordination of planning solutions (up to three options), creation of collages (up to three options), 3D visualization, and development of working documentation—a complete package of drawings and developments required for engineers and builders. It also includes selection of specific materials, equipment, furniture, lighting, and custom items.
Price: Starting at 4,500 rubles per square meter, depending on the size of the room and its purpose, style, and complexity.
Design supervision
Starting at 60,000 rubles per month depending on the size of the space, the complexity of the project and the distance from Moscow.
Equipment
Our equipment package includes preparation of technical specifications, requests, measurements, and drawings of non-standard products. It also includes collection and analysis of commercial bids, drawing up analytical tables, client presentations, vendor selection, order control, communication, and consultation.
The price of this service is calculated individually. It is provided free of charge when you choose to purchase goods from Heartland Group.
The way of working
First Meeting
At the first meeting, we introduce our company and learn about the client's ideas for the project. We also study information about the space and review original documentation. Then we prepare a plan and create a client agreement that contains a description and assessment of the work.
Stage 1
We receive advance payment for the first stage of work and create a working group in the WhatsApp messaging app. After that, we select references and coordinate them with the client, develop planning solutions, and create collages or visualizations. We sign a certificate of completion upon finishing the first stage.
Stage 2
We receive advance payment for the second stage of work and proceed with developing project documentation. We coordinate and make changes to the documentation under the advice of contractors (electricians, engineers, and designers). We sign a certificate of completion upon finishing the second stage of work.
Stage 3
After receiving advance payment for the third stage, we begin to select materials, equipment, furniture, and lighting. We draw up statements and hand over the project plan to the customer in both digital and printed form. Then we sign the certificate upon completion of the third stage and conduct final photoshoots of the space.
