Alia paintings
Svetlana Tikhonova, in collaboration with a friend of our company, Vera Khairutdinova, created paintings on canvas for the central hall in the sales office of the residential complex, Alia. The tones of the oil paints were matched to the leather upholstery of the chairs. The abstract and dynamic aesthetic of these paintings reflects the design concept of the residential complex and its developer, Asterus. The ceiling of the hall is more than 8m high. For this, we selected canvases 2100x1300mm in size.
Alia chandelier
The center of attraction in the lobby of the Alia sales office is a huge chandelier. We developed its design, and our professional contractors realized the idea. The size of the chandelier's metal base is 3800x2400 mm, and the overall height is 5200 mm. All 150 tinted plafond balls shimmer with light and glare. Through the facade glazing of the building, this chandelier attracts the eyes of passers-by and those who drive along the Volokolamsk highway in the evening...
Alia reception
The idea behind LCD Alia is the integration of nature and man. When we were developing the interior of the sales office, we worked to reflect that concept in such a way that potential customers would feel the atmosphere when entering the premises. The idea was reflected even in the design of the reception area, where we combined straight, minimalistic forms with planter zones featuring live plants.
Art Loft credenza
Vintage, worn, brutalist chic—this was the task we faced when designing furniture for the living room of the Art Loft project. Our specialists developed detailed drawings and coordinated materials with our beloved Italian factory Busatto, which implemented the plan with a high level of quality. The credenza has many storage spaces and drawers, including a built-in refrigerator for storing wine.
Art Loft TV stand
We don't like standard solutions, which is why we designed a custom leather-upholstered cabinet with a vintage effect to accommodate home theater equipment. Vintage suitcases and chests inspired us to create this living room element. Specialists at the Italian factory Busatto utilized worn, aged leather, small details, and “antique” fittings in the production of this cabinet.
Art Loft nursery sofa
We were presented with the opportunity to create a comfortable and stylish area for socializing with friends in a 12-year-old boy’s room. The custom-size sofa was made to order. Our Russian partners did an excellent job with this task, using Italian fabrics and materials. The sofa features a folding mechanism that allows friends to stay overnight.
Art Loft slab table and bar
Our client requested a Brutalist-style table for a Brutalist living room. Having visited several factories, we selected a chic elm slab, from which we crafted a dining table. The natural spaces and knots in the elm wood were filled with a transparent epoxy. We also designed a center base made of metal bars to match the room’s ceiling trusses and partitioning. Not a single support interferes with guest spaces or social interaction. Table size: 2800x1000mm. We also created a custom bar counter in addition to the elm-slab dining table.
Art Loft bedside table
According to our project plan, the guest bathroom in the “loft” style was to be equipped with a sink and cabinet for storage in the same style. To achieve this, we integrated a concrete sink into an industrial-style metal cabinet. All elements were made-to-order.
Art Loft partition wall
We equipped partition walls for a loft-style interior with an unusual element: an electric drive, allowing the customer to separate the kitchen from the living room with the touch of a button.
Art Loft barn door
For the production of a mobile metal barn door that separates the dressing room in the hallway from the entrance area, we selected beautiful sheets of hot-rolled metal. The door is equipped with an electric drive, and to move it, just press a button.
Dolland children's house
What a joy it is to create interiors for children! It took some time to develop this house for a little princess in detail, but the result was worth the wait. The project contains two spacious, self-lit bookshelves, a real, functional slide with a closet underneath for storing toys, self-lit bedside shelves, built-in switches and sockets, a staircase, and a large upper level with a mattress for sleeping or playing. We also invented the butterfly lamp ourselves, made-to-order. The dollhouse fits perfectly into the room alongside furniture from famous Italian factories Altamoda and Volpi.
Futur bar counter
We implemented a bar area in the process of completing a futuristic residence with an area of 2500m2. Following the vision of the architect, Erik van Egeraat, we have created a bar counter using unique 900-year-old bog oak wood. The composition of lamps created by Italian factory Terzani completed the space.
Futur chandelier in the bathroom
Together with the creative owners, we found a way to implement a central chandelier in the oval-shaped vault of a six-meter-high ceiling. Featuring 21 drops of glass accented with gold mica, this fixture became the centerpiece of a luxurious bathroom. Each ceiling-mounted brass cup was shaped by hand to follow the natural curve of the ceiling. It was not easy to hang each drop at the right height, but the result is a WOW effect when entering the bathroom.
Futur dining table
You need a matching dining table for a spacious dining room in a large house. To create this piece of furniture, we designed a polished steel base and a single top measuring 4000x1600mm cast in Corian acrylic stone. Our professional contractors handled this difficult task with ease.
