The developer Asterus contacted our bureau with a request to design the interior of the Alia residential complex sales office and conduct architectural supervision. Getting started, we analyzed the original concept of this residential area, wanting to honor the original ideas and reflect them in the new interior of the sales office.

From the Latin, “alia” is translated as “otherwise” – that is, not like the rest. We learned that the Alia district creates a unique environment for every resident: large windows, ponds, and many green spaces, allowing adults and children to live in a harmonious microcosm.

The name helped inspire our design strategy, in which we worked to craft modern fashion trends with natural materials. In this project, we used natural wood, plants, greenery, and lots of light. The center of the composition is a huge chandelier made of glass balls, an artistic representation of raindrops. The water feature symbolizes well-being and prosperity from the perspective of energy sciences and Feng Shui. The floating bridge between the green wall and the open office space highlights the connection between man and nature.
